How long is the return period? The return period is 30 days from the date you received your product. After 30 days, returns or exchanges are unfortunately not accepted.
How can I return an item? The item you wish to return must be unused and in its original packaging. You will need to send the product to our address for the return process.
You must provide the invoice or proof of purchase for the return. This will help us process your return quickly.
Once your return is received, a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued using the payment method you used for the original purchase.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return request is approved, only the product cost will be refunded. Additionally, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Unfortunately, discounted items cannot be returned. Returns are only accepted for full-priced items.
Exchanges are only allowed for damaged or defective products. If you want to receive the same product, please email info@asirgroup.com.
If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the return. If the product was not shipped as a gift, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
